This is a light-colored, spicy, single bock wheat beer.
Extra long and cold storage in the monastery’s cellar makes this single bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. You can smell the banana, the yeast, cloves and dried apricots. A warm and strong taste with round fruity tones.
