If you haven’t heard of cold IPA’s, they take the best elements of a lager and a NEIPA and mash them together for a cleaner, crisper IPA. Fermented with lager yeast at higher than usual temperatures we have then dosed this with a big old dollop of citra spectrum hops, a little magic, and a lot of resting time and voila. A crispy, juicy sensation is born.
