They brewery used a technique shared with them from their great mates from SMOD that amplifies ester characters (here comes the science bit: an ester is when an acid and an alcohol combine, many esters have complex and beautiful flavour and aroma). Whats fascinating about this beer is none of the ingredients that went into it have stone fruit characteristics, but the final beer has a lovely, peachy aroma!
