A single hop showcase with Idaho 7 being introduced 3 times throughout the brew. We’re getting caramel sauce on the nose and a sweet, citrusy, herbal flavour, reminiscent of green bananas and bergamot. Combine that with it’s nice creamy texture and I’d say we’ve got ourselves a ‘beer-nana’ split.
