Hacker Pschorr Hefe Weissbier is brewed in accordance to the German Purity Law. The yeast stays in the bottle to create a haze, through its golden yellow colour and crowned creamy head. Fruity and citrus notes accompany yeast in the aroma and there is a tangy acidity on the palate. The tongue picks up banana and honey from the malts with the hops balancing with slight bitterness.
