A traditional style Vienna Lager utilising a very old barley selection called Haná. Expect luscious doughy aromas and flavours with a touch of bread crust here and there.
Hopped moderately with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh for a tiny tickle of spicy bitters. Smooth, balanced, slightly malty, dry and very clean.
