Utopian’s Helles style Festbier is everything they love about Oktoberfest without the lederhosen. Brewed in the traditional Bavarian style using a double decoction mash to develop depth of flavour and body. Fermented slow and cold, and lagered for six weeks, ensuring a clean, soft mouthfeel, which is full flavoured and beautifully balanced.
