Track Brewing Co. – Keep Awake [8% DIPA]

Description

Always wanting to push boundaries, and explore greater flavour in their beers, this fresh Double IPA uses Freestylehops brand new Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief. Track were able to achieve a creamier mouthfeel and a complex juicy profile, which they believe is slightly improved over a standard hop product. They used two other brewery favourite hops alongside this, in the form of Citra & Rakau, and they couldn’t be happier with the results – we hope you love it too!
