Description
A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how th eunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer – it’s a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth of character and has a smooth, silky body.
Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Gueuzérable Tilquin is made from the fermentation of organic maple syrup in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
