Project Engineer, Dave Pedlar brewed this dark lager before he parted with the business in February after 10 years of service.

Parting Shot is a crisp, smooth and lightly hopped dark lager that blends ingredients from across the globe. Expect a crisp lager with hearty biscuit and coffee notes. Fresh Cornish spring water, Bavarian lager yeast and malts from Britain combine with German, Czech and New Zealand hops, creating a characterful lager with a classic, noble feel.
