Inspired by the warming whisky-based cocktail, this beer is a blend of sweet, bitter and oaky. Crystal malts bring flavours of caramel, raisin and brown sugar, while rye adds warmth and spice. Citrus hops are bolstered with the addition of orange zest. Bourbon barrel oak chips bring it all together to deliver a smooth, warming and bittersweet strong ale sitting at 5.8% ABV.
