St Austell Brewery – Follow Me [5% Gose]

Description

Follow Me is the latest limited-edition release in their Small Batch Brew series for 2022. Lee Walker, the Brewing Manager, is behind this delicious mango & passionfruit kettle-soured gose.

Inspired by golden sandy beaches and the late summer sun, Follow Me combines Cornish Sea Salt with a lactic acid culture, mango, and passionfruit, before allowing a clean yeast to finish off the fermentation. It’s then dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Citra hops to accentuate the fruity flavours, resulting in a tart and refreshing wheat beer.
