Et Tu, Brute? is a sessionable twist on a brut IPA that is decidedly less sweet than its American counterpart. Brewed with a distinctly European malt bill, new world hops and Norwegian Kveik yeast, grape ‘must’ from a local vineyard gives a nod to our winemaking cousins and contributes to the beer’s dry finish and light body.
