Polly’s x North – Parallel Lines [8.1% DIPA]

Description

It’s a return leg collaboration literally years in the planning process. In the intervening five years, both breweries have moved up in scale; North moving from their humble industrial unit to the juggernaut Springwell site, and ourselves moving from the converted stable our namesake occupied to the space across our yard that has allowed us to grow to where Polly’s are today.

Wanting to work as closely to the original collaboration as possible, this beer goes ultra high on the oats and wheat to create a soft, pillowy, fluffy Double IPA packed to the nines with hot side Cascade, and cold side Citra, Talus, and HBC 1019 all positively dripping with fresh chopped grapefruit, valencia oranges, peach, coconut cream, and caramelised banana. Insane.
