The original big one is back. Polly’s always had it in the back of their minds that a Triple IPA would be a natural progression after nailing down their Double IPA game, and boy have they taken to the style with aplomb.

Quite possibly the best beer they’ve ever brewed by a country mile; in-house favourite Spur is amplified to the max, pushing toward a frankly nuts 30g/l heavy dry-hop lashing of Azacca, Simcoe and Citra giving massive amounts of stone fruit, peach, mango, and passionfruit flavours bursting throughout, they’ve taken this beer to the next level by recirculating the dry-hop twice as many times to rinse out every ounce of flavour out of those incredible varietals that they can.

Fermented with their house strain of London Ale III for maximum suspension, expect a sweet, syrupy juice hit to the nines, complimented by a soft but full bodied mouthfeel.
