Overtone have recently taken a few of their lower ABV beers and turned them into high ABV monsters, so it would only be fair if they took some of their big juicy TIPA’s and turned it into a sessionable pale ale. BIG YIN perhaps? With a Citra, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hop line-up, it’s no surprise this beer is just as enjoyable as it’s 10% elder.
