The seventh and final, gold top, release in surfer Sandy Kerr’s Patrons Project series. This is a 5% Pale Ale loaded with southern hemisphere hops Motueka and Riwaka. The combination should give you an aroma of tropical fruit, and there will be flavours of citrus, lime, grapefruit, and it might give you a little fresh flavour you’d expect from a mojito.
