Inspired by the classic West Coast IPA that started the craft beer revolution, Mason have amped up the dry hop rate and reduced the bitterness slightly, to create a modern take on a classic.
Pale and crystal malts set the scene for a showcase of classic American “C” hops, giving this beer a bold and piney flavour with a lasting bitterness.
