Hazy IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7 and Mosaic.

Left Handed Giant have leaned heavily into the additions of jumbo & naked oats, with a blend of white and flaked wheat, on a super pale base, for a full, fluffy texture. Kettle additions of whole-cone Mosaic and running through a hopback full of bright leafy Nelson have lent a fresh green hue to the rich tropical later additions. There’s pressed grape, cool black tea and sweet pops of blueberry to pick out from an array of brand new and time-tested hop products; Mosaic Incognito, Nelson Bliss, Idaho 7 CGX & YCH 701 trial extract.
