Mashed in with Extra Pale Maris Otter layered with equal quantities of wheat and oats for a nice rounded silkiness. Hopped with their good friend Galaxy all the way through, accompanied by Simcoe in the whirlpool, and Citra and Idaho 7 in the dry hop. Zesty aromatics and hop notes of lime and melon with a big, juicy passionfruit centre.
