Description
Fowey Valley’s Duchy traditional cider is all about celebrating local apples. It is made entirely from surplus apples brought to the cidery by local people in exchange for cider, including lots of old varieties. This cider is a nicely balanced mix of apples – one-third sweets, one-third sharps and one-third bitters. It has been gently pasteurised and bagged medium-dry.
To date, all of Fowey Valley’s ciders have been presented in bottles and are either lightly carbonated or fermented in bottle champagne style. This is their first foray into a more traditional style of a still, slightly cloudy cider.
