To Be Held For A Long Time, unlike its name this beer should be drunk immediately. Strata is the focus. A hop that can provide flavours from both ends of the spectrum, one, light strawberries and peach to a piney dank burst of flavours. They’ve combined this dynamic hop with old reliables, Citra and Nelson to round out those flavours into a super flavoursome Double IPA.
