Description
This is an exiting collaboration with Floc, and is named Rhetoric for Chaucer, the author of the Canterbury Tales because Floc is settled in the idyllic Canterbury area of the UK.
An 8% deliciously juicy haze packed with Motueka, Rakau, Strata, and Motueka Hop Kief. The malt bill is layered with Pilsner malt, flaked oats, and flaked and malted wheat. It’s super pale and straw colored, has a lovely balanced body, and finishes with rich melon, sweet lemon pastry, and soft peach. They added the flavor-packed Motueka Hop Kief multiple times throughout the brew process which added layers of beautiful lemon and lime. The Rakau and Strata work perfectly together, bringing in flavors of fuzzy peach, apricot slushy, and juicy, clean melon. Both the Rakau and Motueka hops were super fresh picks, from the 2024 harvest and it shows! The aromatics are lush, the flavors are intricate, the mouthfeel is gentle. Both breweries said they are over the moon with how this one came out.
