In a three-way collaboration, Brew York partnered with Wild Card Brewery to produce a pastry stout inspired by Patisserie Valerie’s signature Mille-Feuille slice! Rich and decadent malts are paired with velvety vanilla to re-create flavours of buttery pastry, indulgent icing, and sweet vanilla custard.
