Azvex Brewery – 25.05 // Cloudwater [11% Cacao, Vanilla, Pandan Imperial Stout]

For you big stout lovers you will be familiar with their My Continuous Improvement series, so were we, so that was a good place to start.

We took key elements of the MCI beers and delicately weaved it into our own stout making approach. Post-fermentation, we hit the beer with a Cacaodemon level of cacao nibs courtesy of our buds @tablechocolate, a load of Madagascan vanilla and, new to both of us, Pandan
