🧬👽 [25.02] DEYA- [DIPA]
This Double IPA is brewed with our friends at DEYA, a veteran of hoppy beer in the UK.
We chose an oat-heavy grist and combined our experiences using them to mash at a lower-than-normal temperature. We also focused on getting a high beta glucan content into the wort for maximum pillowy mouthfeel. Finally, we combined our dry hop approaches and further explored Hyperboost Citra paired with the new (and amazing) hop Alora.
One of the biggest total hop loads we have ever done.
